These are all healthy foods   
They make you fit and strong all the time!!! (but only if you have them all the time!!!)

Fats, like the fat off meat and chocolate etc, etc make you fat or even sick!

Different coloured foods have different types of vitamins and minerals. These are good for you.  

You also need fibre. Fibre makes you full and if you keep eating foods full of fat it won’t help, so you should eat a lot of fibre but just enough to keep you fit, healthy, strong and full.

You should read the labels on different packets because it gives you information about the food and if you're on a diet it is very important.

5 a day means five fruits or vegetables and that doesn’t mean three oranges and two carrots it   means all the colors and different things in it.

If you don’t eat healthy, you can get sick and you could get diabetes. Diabetes happens if you keep eating fats, sugars and even sodium. Sodium is salt and you only need a little bit.

You need a lot of exercise each day to keep you fit and healthy. Keeping fit is a way to keep you energised throughout the day.  
One cup of mangos is just 100 calories, so it’s a sweet treat that won’t weigh you down. Each serving of mango is fat free, sodium free and cholesterol free. Mangos contain over 20 different vitamins and minerals, helping to make them a superfood.
About 75% of an avocado's energy comes from fat. On a weight basis, avocados have 35% more potassium than bananas. The avocado is colloquially known as the Alligator Pear.
Bananas are a yummy food and we all know that, but they also have a lot of potassium. Potassium is a mineral that, among other things, helps your muscles contract, helps regulate fluids and mineral balance in and out of body cells and helps maintain normal blood pressure by blunting the effect of sodium. Potassium may also reduce your risk of recurrent kidney stones and possibly bone loss as we get older.


Radishes are a naturally cooling food and their pungent flavor is highly regarded in eastern medicine for the ability to decrease excess heat in the body that can build up during the warmer months. Radish is one of the nutritious root-vegetables featured in both salads as well as in main recipes. One more thing about these foods, MMMmmmMm.
Which one would you rather have? The donut or the apple? Yes, we know that you would have the donut but the real question is why. Why would you have the donut? Easy. Why? Because it has sugar in it. But it’s not good for you. But you do need only a little bit of sugar. You can only have 5gs of sugar or less.


Thats right!!! Eat less salt!!!. You should eat less salt because it’s just like sugar, you can’t have too much.

 Now, eat healthy and                    exercise well!!! =) (and eat less sugar and salt)

Why we should eat healthily!

We need to eat healthily because if we don’t eat the right foods we won’t be able to do as many things that we can right now and I can help you learn how to eat healthily.

It’s important to eat your 5 colour groups everyday and the colour groups include red, yellow/orange, brown/white, green, blue/purple. You need to eat two fruits and three vegetables to equal your 5+ a day.

Vitamins are important because we need them to help our body grow, fight infection and work well. There are 6 different vitamins, vitamin A, B, C, D, E and vitamin K.
Vitamin A helps your eyesight. It also helps your body grow and your skin stay healthy.
Vitamin B works with a mineral called iron to make red blood cells. Red blood cells carry oxygen around your body. There are eight types of vitamin B. All the B vitamins are water-soluble.
Vitamin C helps your body fight infections, such as colds. It helps your body heal when it is hurt. Vitamin C also makes the walls of your blood vessels strong.
Vitamin D helps my bones and my teeth and helps your body absorb a mineral called calcium. Calcium helps keep your bones and teeth stay strong.
Vitamin E helps keep your eyes, skin and liver healthy. It also protects your body from illnesses such as heart disease.
Vitamin K helps your blood to clot. When you cut yourself, you bleed. Your blood needs to clot to stop the bleeding.

Sugar and fat are both not good for you. Sugar is not good for you because it contains no essential nutrients and is bad for your teeth. Fat is not good for you either because it can make you and gain more weight.

It is important you read the labels on food packets so you know how much sugar and fat is in the food and if you’re on a diet it’s super important.

You need to have a balanced diet so your body can keep on running without getting tired.

Exercise is important because it keeps you fit and healthy. If you are not fit you haven’t been having much exercise. Some exercise every day is enough to keep you fit and strong.

If you don’t eat healthily your bones and teeth will be more likely to break, you’ll be tired most of the time

Why We Need Healthy Food
We need healthy food so our brain will work and we won't get chubby.

To be healthy you want to have the 5 a day process. The 5 a day process is 2 fruit and 3 veg. This way you will stay healthy. With the five a day you must have a variety of colours which are Red, Yellow/Orange, Brown/White, Green, Blue/Purple. Here are some ideas in each colour group. In red we have cherries, red onions, red peppers, watermelon, rhubarb, strawberries, tomatoes and red grapes. In yellow/orange we have mandarins, oranges, mango, pumpkin, sweet corn, carrots, apricots, golden kumra and grapefruit. In brown/white we have bananas, garlic, brown pears, ginger, nashi pears, mushrooms, white melons and white nectarines.  In green we have broccoli, green apples, celery, green grapes, green beans, peas and lettuce. In blue/purple we have cranberries, boysenberries, black currants, beetroot and plums.

It’s important to know how much fat there is in the food that you eat. The foods with the most fat is the deep fried food so you don't want to eat too much of that. If you have too much fat or salt it can damage your heart. Because the salt or fat will get stuck in the blood pumping tubes which makes it hard for the blood to get through, which makes the heart to pump faster and that can cause a heart attack and you can die from it.

To be healthy you need to exercise to keep you healthy. You can burn off some energy. A good walk around the block will do good or maybe a good walk or run on the treadmill. Most sports give you exercise.

Your meal balance is important. When you eat meat the piece should be the size of the palm of your hand. You can’t just have vegetables or just meat because if you just have vegetables you won’t get any protein from the meat, and if you just eat meat you won’t get much of the vitamins you need.

When you read labels you must look at the 100 per servings column that will show you the fat, sugar, sodium, energy,sometimes calcium and more.

In food you can get the vitamins a, k, b, d and c.Vitamin a is for eyesight, making protein, growth and  development. Vitamin b helps you get the energy we get from the food we get.Vitamin c  protects us from illness and infections, and helps iron absorption. Vitamin d  is needed for your bones to grow.It’s made in our bodies with the help of sunlight.Vitamin k  is used for clotting of the blood.

If you don’t eat healthy you may get very sick, and maybe need to go to hospital.You don’t want to end up in hospital would you.So now try to be healthy, healthy, healthy!

my travel blog about Japan
          Hi. Today me and my family are in  japan. We have been here for four hours   Im  liking it here in japan.  I came  here because we all wanted to go to a different country and have a look around.  I got to japan on a plane and a boat the plane    took about  8 hours.  We are going to stay in a hotel with my family. we are going to stay for two days it will be fun. i'm going to see a big show in a local hall.  Before we go i have to drop our stuff off in the hotel. The hotel is pretty cool and our room! We are at the show now in the local hall dad forgot the tickets so he has to ran and get the tickets out off his bag.  Dad is just here before the show now he  is ran to the office to show them the tickets.  The show is awesome it is one hour that show was awesome.  Now we are going to one off my dads mates and he is going to make as a traditional  meal the the meal is called one noodle.  Yum after we had the food we are going to get a taxi if you want to know. It is raining and it is dark and gloomy.


We are at the hotel it is freezing i just popped into bed and went to sleep.  In the morning i woke up and had bacon and eggs that was the best breakfast i had ever had yum! at lunch we went to the zoo i got to see a taranchula.  It was the size off my hand! I did not want to hold it.  My brother timothy said hold it, it won't sting you but i did not listen to him.  It might just sting me.  After i saw the taranchula i saw the lions they were scary they ate  heaps of meat then we went home to the hotel.  I went in to bed and fell asleep with no dinner i was real tired apparently i was snoring. Mabie i was snoring. For breakfast we are having bacon and eggs “yum thats deelishis “ we are going to go to the park yay we are there i don’t really like the park but i’m just going there for something to do oh well. the park is pretty fun now i’m going to go to the beach i found a fish skeleton  YUCK! i said i didn’t want to stay on the beach anymore so we traveled back to the hotel  then we had some lunch and started to packed up for our trip back to New Zealand.  We catched a  train to the airport and then went home it is so long to get to New Zealand again but i can handle it yay im there now we are going to catch a train to waikanae because we are in wellington airport  yay were in waikanae now we can walk home and get cosy and warm in my BED!!!!!

My Travel Blog
hi im Indy and this is my travel blog about Rome. Today I have arrived at  Rome with my mum and dad and its pretty hot.I’m staying there for a two days.I’ve court a plain it took me ten hours to get there so im pretty tired. I’m staying in a hotel thats really flash. First Im
discovering  where to go . I’m really happy to be in Rome.When I went to the hotel there was a shop across the road with clothes and shoes it was awesome now I wish I lived here it was so cool after we went to go and see the towers.I’ve been traveling all over the world i've been to. Australia,China Spain,France.Its been pretty fun I always go with my mum and dad.

Next we were hungry so we went to a restaurant  that was so cool  there was these singers in the front then we ordered are dinner I had a fish and a salad it was yummy I loved it. After we had pudding I had a ice cream  sundae yum!! After we went to the hotel I was tired  I fell  straight asleep.

On monday we woke up and had some breakfast I had bacon and eggs it was delicious. Next we got ready for a bushwalk.It takes about a hour around the track. When we got there we heard beautiful native birds. I love the sound of birds. after we started walking we got to the corner we saw a pond that was  covered disgusting yucky mud .After we saw some ducks and we gave them some bread because we packed a picnic, they were hungry. After we kept on walking and we saw some tui’s they were beautiful they almost landed on my mums head ,it was funny.Next we saw a lake and it was hot so, I went for a swim I went deep I couldn’t touch the ground.After I swam back to shore to have some lunch.I wasn’t that hungry so I only had a biscuit.After we got ready to keep on walking my legs were getting sore. After we got to the car.After I started to get angry so we went to a restaurant I had the best fish and chips they were the best. I had a spring roll it was delicious. Next we went to the hotel. this time no pudding I was quite tired I had a good walk although I fell right asleep.On tuesday we woke up and had some breakfast today we are going to the zoo I’m really excited and I’m really happy because we get to see the tigers. I love tigers!!!! So does my nan but she gets a bit scared. When we got there we had a look in the shop inside it was amazing there was a tiger toy that go’s ROAR!!!!! It was cool. I keep saying to my nan can I have this can I have it. I really wanted the tiger so nan bought it I said Yay!!!!! Next we payed to get in the lady gave as a map so we know where to go.First we went to see the tigers they  were so cool. The tigers were laying in the sun they love laying in the sun.After we went to see the elephant there was only two of them most of them were dead. some people got to ride them like me.next we went to see giraffes they had really long necks.After we went to the taxi and left to the hotel.When we got there we got ready for tea we had  pasta it was delicious.After tea we got ready for bed. Tomorrow we were going home i was not happy.when i went to bed i read a little bit of my book about it was called gangsta granny..After i felt tired so i went to to bed.The next morning we woke up and had some breakfast and got dressed. Next  woke up my mum and dad so we could get ready to go on the plain to leave to go home I was a little bit happy to go home after we got ready to go home we got in the car to go to the airport we got the 9.30 plane. It took us 30 hours  there we had stop outs but we got of the plane at Singapore and then got on a new plane after 30 hours we got to new zealand we stopped at Wellington airport then we got in the taxi to go home I was pretty tired from the trip from rome. IT WAS AMAZING TRIP.     





Egypt Diary!

Hello.Yesterday I took a plane to Cairo Egypt it took me and my family exactly 20 hours and 52 minutes,I was exhausted in the end.We got there on   Monday.Our hotel was BEAUTIFUL,and the view of the pyramids was amazing.I went with my sister Jasmine,[Jas for short.]My mum Sumara and of course MYSELF.

I was so excited to see the Sphinx and the great pyramid.I took about 155 photos.Pyramids look so old.
We looked at the pyramids for an hour then had an ice-cream,it was so hot!Then we went to the mall.My sis loves shopping and nail polish
That night my family had dinner at a restaurant.
We had Kabab Wa Cofta[grilled meat]and Hawawshi[egypt mince pie.]

On Thursday,
We went to the Cairo antiquities museum. It was fabulous we saw heaps of ancient Egyptian sculptures and jewellery,but the thing we saw most was ancient Egypt pictures that were carved into rock somehow.

That night we had a homemade Egypt dinner:baladi, some delicious dipping sauce and a beautiful salad.Then we went to bed.ZZzzZz!!!!

FRIDAY!
On friday we had a big sleep in until 10 o'clock because we have to leave on sunday..we had a delicious breakfast,[kabobs]yum yum!
  Then we went to the hotel pool because it was soooooooo hot.We played on the diving board and Jas did 5 laps of the pool!!!!

After that we went shopping in Cairo Mall again because Jasmine begged us to go again to her favourite shop[some nail polish shop]This is what she got!me and mum got our nails done too!

That night we had dinner out again at La Fleur Restaurant  it was delicious!We were so full that when we got back to our hotel we collapsed onto our beds and fell asleep!

When we got to the airport we had a simple breakfast but it was still yum after  eating we went on the plane ride home!



Ireland

Hi I’m Ciara and this is my travel blog. We’ve just come back from a long week in Ireland. We went there for Easter. I went with, my mum(Fiona), my dad(Ross) and my little brother(Quinn). We went there from June 13 through to June 20 in winter, but it was summer there. We were supposed to catch the 1am plane at Wellington airport, but we missed our flight so we caught to 5am plane at Paraparaumu airport and it took us 10 to 9 hours to fly there and I fell asleep on the plane. As soon as the captains voice boomed through the speakers I woke up, startled. When we got there we had to find our hotel that we were staying in, as soon as we found it we went to our room that we were staying in and this is how I remember it ,it had a bunk bed in one corner and in the other 2 single beds for my mum and dad Quinn and I slept on the bunk beds I slept on the top bunk there for he slept on the bottom ,as soon as we figured out who slept where I flopped down on my bed really tired and went straight to sleep. In the morning I was the last one to get up (as normal) had some breakfast then caught a taxi to the zoo. When we arrived me and Quinn were so excited and so desparate forgetting mum and dad we fled from the taxi and ran straight into the zoo shop, when we got into the zoo shop we started saying “I want this, I want that” and it kept  going on and on and on until we were so excited about seeing the tiger we fled from the shop and out into zoo and we ran to see the tiger mum and dad found us (eventually) then we went to go see the Tasmanian Devil I thought it was a wild dog it was so cute I wanted a pet one, but it’s very vicious so I can’t have a pet one. Next we went to go see the deer it was amazing then we went back into the zoo shop and mum said we could get one toy I got a little tasmanian devil toy it is so cute and Quinn got a tiger toy,ROAR!!!!! After that we went to a fancy restaurant and we had the best fish n’ chips I ever tasted Quinn basically had all the chips where as I had a fish, mum tried to get Quinn to eat a piece of fish, but he just kept on saying no!!! So we headed back to our hotel. I was getting tired I almost fell asleep on the taxi, but when I tried to go to sleep Quinn kept on waking me up. So the minute we got back the hotel I flopped back down on my bed I went straight to sleep (zzzzzzzzZ). On Tuesday Quinn and I was the first ones up to go hunting for easter eggs and we found a trail of easter eggs that lead to... two big hollow chocolate bunnies. The minute we saw them we ripped the wrapper to pieces then ate them all up when our mum and dad saw us we got in trouble big time. First we went to a cafe for breakfast I was so hungry I couldn’t stop thinking about food when we got there I had pancakes and so did Quinn they were so delicious but Quinn hated them he said that they were disgusting. Then we went to the zoo (again) this time we went to go see the Sun Bear, then the Otters. Next we went to see the bobcats they were adorable, then we went to go see the squirrels, they were so cute because they kept on fighting over a nut, it was so hilarious. As soon as mum and dad could get us to leave by saying we can get an ice-cream, so that’s what we did next I got cookies ‘n cream, Quinn got goody goody gumdrops, mum got hokey pokey and dad got caramel fudge they were delish then we headed back to the hotel so we can have a good nights rest to get ready for another brilliant day. In the morning we all got up at the same time it was so weird. Then we had some breakfast and went on a bush walk. It was a burning, hot day so we took our togs in case we find a lake so we can have a swim. We also bought a picnic basket so we can have a picnic. The bush walk was amazing, we could hear birds singing in the tree tops, we were even allowed a lollipop to have along the way. When we found a lake we went for a swim it was so refreshing then we had a picnic it was good I had a cupcake and some sandwiches they were delicious. Then we carried on with the walking it hadn’t even walked five minutes until Quinn said I’m tired. When we got back it was lunch time me and Quinn were so hungry we acted like we were in a magical world full of candy. As soon as rang inside the door we snapped out of it. We each had a piece of chocolate cake it was delicious. Then we went back to the hotel for the last night in Ireland before we went home tomorrow. In the morning we drove to the airport in a taxi, when we got there all our luggage was put in the airplane. Then we got onboard the plane and flew for 8 hours then landed in Australia. We stayed there for one night. In the morning we went for a walk and we saw a kangaroo and a joey and I found this very funny. The joey kept hopping in and out of its mothers pouch like it was saying too hot too cold it was very funny. Then we went to the airport and on the plane to Auckland. When we arrived in Auckland we caught a bus to Waikanae and got off at the closest bus stop and went home. I had an AMAZING time!!

Hey there. Last week was a blast.
I went to Scotland for the first time!We stayed there for three days. I went with my mum, (Jane), my dad (Richard),my two (annoying) brothers (Ryan and Max.)
        Sunday Morning                                  
On Sunday morning we woke up really early to go to the airport. It took us almost the entire day to get there. When we got there,we spent almost an hour looking for a hotel. They all looked so good! But mum said “we had to get a cheap one.”


Once we found a hotel , mum decided to get the second to the top apartment. It  cost 150 dollars a night,but my mum could still afford it.

After that , we had to unpack. Then we had a big explore. Then we found a pool! It was lucky we packed our togs.

Then mum said we had to choose our beds. At 5 o'clock it was dinner time. We had lobsters dipped in a really yummy sauce.
          
            The Next Day
The next morning, we all nagged mum if we could go in the pool. Then she finally said “yes.” Once I got out, it was already morning tea time. I was so hungry. But instead of having fruit we had strawberries and on the side some chocolate.It was so delicious.
       
When we finished, I was licking my plate clean it was so delicious. Dad yelled at me for being gross.After that dad, Ryan and I went to the sword shop.

After half an hour of looking at really cool swords, it was finally my turn to do what I wanted, so we went back to our apartment and I went to a really nice spa with mum. Then we got our nails painted.

When we got back, It was already afternoon-tea-time. I had nothing. I was so stuffed. I didn't know why, but my mum said to me I had to eat something. Then we went into the pool. Even dad got in, but he had to, because he had to hold Max. After half an hour of swimming in the pool, it was time to get out. Mum was being mysterious. She told us to get our pajamas on and pack our togs. Then she said we were going somewhere. Once we got there I finally knew where we were going. It was the beach!!.
      This is the beach we went to.
    
Then she told us to get our togs on. It was so warm. Even mum got in, and usually she wouldn’t. When mum told us to get out, we saw that mum packed homemade fish ‘n chips. I thought that she must of paid for them from the motel. We put our pajamas back on and had we some fish'n'chips.

When we got back to our apartment, we had to get straight into bed, because tomorrow we had to go back home.
             The Next Day

The next day, we had to have our breakfast straight away. We had poached eggs on toast. Once we finished, it was time to pack up. Ryan asked mum if we could go in the pool. Mum yelled, “ No! We need to get to the airport on time! Our flight leaves in one hour!!”  


My Trip To Samoa

Hello there i’m telling you about my trip to Samoa.Did you know that Samoa only has wet and dry season. On Wednesday the 4th June I took a boat to Samoa with my Dad, my Poppy and my sister Della.We went there to the 8th of July.It took us 12 hours to get there. When we got there we were very hungry so we decided to climb a palm tree and get a coconut and eat it.Samoa is 30 degrees and never cold.We saw lots of people in lavalavas.Most of them spoke Samoan and some of them spoke in English so I could talk to them.Some could speak both,English and Samoan.Then we had to go and find our hotel. Our hotel is only a couple of blocks away from the beach. Me and Della shared a room like we do at home, and Mum and Dad got the biggest and the best room.When we got to our hotel we got out our lavalavas and floral tops and put them on to go out for dinner.The place that I went to is called Tisa’s Barefoot Bar. This is where you can experience a traditional Samoan feast. including the the making of samoan coconut milk from fresh coconuts and the preparation of delicious ancient recipes.the food is cooked on an ‘UMU’ which is the samoan version of a Maori ‘hangi’. they cook fish, prawns, pork, chicken, lamb, and turkey. along with taro papaya and banana. I got the turkey and octopus which comes with a coconut cream sauce smothered on top.


While the dinner is cooking you can learn weaving, and  you can even weave your own plate.
After dinner we went home and got into our togs and went down to the beach to have a swim Hi there.My name is Faith Rankin. I am telling you about my trip in Samoa.Did you know that Samunder the stars in the dark. Then we got tired at 10 O’clock so we went back to the hotel and got ready for bed. Then we went straight to bed.


Thursday.The next day we woke up at 5 O’clock in the morning because we were so excited to explore Samoa.We had fish and coconut milk for breakfast.It was delicios.Then we went to the beach for a swim.The water was very warm.We were in the water for two hours.THen we got dressed and walked on the beachs and decovered lots of things.There were lots of palm trees on the beach with lots of coconuts on them.Then we went back to the hotel to get our fishing roods and went fishing and gave other people the fish that we cought.Then we climbed some coconut trees and gave other people our coconuts.Then we kept on walking and every person we saw we would say talofa.Talofa is the Samoan hello.Then we came across a waterfall.It was so beutiful and it sparkled.It was lunch time and we were very hungry so we went back to the hotel to have some lunch.We had tropical fruits and coconut milk for lunch.It was delicios.Then we went on a bus and oh how it was crowded.Me and Della had to sit on Mum and Dad’s knees because it was so crowded and those buses don’t even have windows and so it was very hot.We took the bus to go snorkling at the beach.We took the bus to see what it was like.It took us 10 minuts to get to the beach.It was very crowded at the beach.More then it was in the bus.Half of the people that were on the beach did snorkling so we had to wait a long time till it was our turn.We had to wait 6 hours in line for our turn.Snorkling was really fun.We saw 12 sharks and like 100 fish and 12 stingrays and 20 crab and lots of other sea creatures.It was getting late so we headed back to the hotel and went straight to bed.It was a great day exploring Samoa.
Friday.Today we are going on a cruise so we have to get up early, because the cruise leaves at 7 O’clock in the morning.We got up at 6 O’clock in the morning to pack our bags.We are on the cruise for the whole day.We packed our water bottles, our togs, dry clothes,(because we are going swimming) shoes, a hair brush and some snacks.(which we will be using alot.)Then we got to the cruise.It was very big.When we got inside, it was so beutiful that I didn’t take my eye’s off it.I kept on staring and staring and staring.The cruise went out to the capital city Apia.Apia is the capital and the largest city of Samoa. The city is located on the central north coast of Upolu, Samoa's second largest island. Apia is the only "city" in Samoa and falls within the political district of Tuamasaga.In Apia we saw forests, water falls, lots and lots of churcgs, buses, beachs, markets and snorkling.All the things you can see in the place that we are staying in which is called Upolo.Upolu is an island in Samoa, formed by a massive basaltic shield volcano which rises from the seafloor of the western Pacific Ocean. Now it is snorkling time.It was beutiful under water.We saw fish, sharks, stingrays, crabs and lots of other sea creatures.Then it was lunch time.We had fish like usal.But it was the best fish I had ever had.After lunch we had a stroll thruogh the forest.It was scary and dark.Then it got quite late so we got on the boat to back. It was an amazing day.


Saturday.In the morning we woke up quite late because we were so tired from waking up so early.We woke up at 10 O’clock in the morning.That was how tired we were.Then we finally woke up and went straight to the kitchen to have breakfast.Today we had tropical fruits and pork.It was very delicious.After breakfast we got ready for the day sraight away.Then we ran straight out side to have a play and a picnic.Me and Della played tag and did hand stads and cartweels and lots of other games and things to do.Then we did some family games like checkers and chess and some other things like that.Mum and Dad intraduced a new game to me and Della that is a samoa game called Hotel Samoa.It was a very fun game.We played it over and over and over again.We couldn’t stop playing it.We played it untill dinner time.We went back inside so tired it felt like my hands were about to fall off,  we went straight  to the kitchen and made up some fish for dinner. I almost fell asleep at the table.Then we had fruits for desert.It was yum.After dinner I went straight to bed and fell asleep as soon as my head touched the pillow.ZZZZzzzzzz.


Sunday.In the morning we got out a sail boat because we were going to have a nice quiet family trip to Apia.We wanted to go to Apia because it was a butiful place with all the waterfalls and all the forests and all the buses going past and this time we didn’t want to take the cruise because we wanted a nice quiet family time together and a nice family talk.We were talking about school and what we would do after we got back to the hotel and what we want to be when we grow up and Della and I would ask about Mum and Dad’s work and other family things to talk about.The best thing we saw was the waterfall when we went past it twice.You could just here the water flowing as it went down the rocks and it sounded and looked beutiful.On that trip we decided what we were going to do when we got back to the hotel so when we got back we went inside and got out our togs and went splashing in the waves in the sea.The ocean was nice and cool as Della and I played tag in the waves and splashed each other.It was a wonderful swim.The water was warm and the sun was shinning down on us and there was a beutiful day ahead of us.After the swim we went in the hotel and got into some church clothes because we were heading to the church.We all put on some white cloack things and this grass necklass around our necks to church. We took the bus to church.It was stinking hot.I had to sit on mum’s knee and Della had to sit on dad’s knee.After the bus ride we went inside the church.It was beautiful on the inside.The seats were red, the walls were cream and there was a big table with a beautiful cream table cloth.
This is what we woThe first thing we did was sing a song.The song was about how god was better than anyone else in the world and that he is our superhero.Then once the song was finished we went to survice.I couldn’t really pronounce the vicars name.After church we went beachcombing.We saw lots of sea shells, sea weed and sticks.So we colected as many as we needed because then we were going to make a few things inside.Then Della saw little pile of lost jewellry far away from where we were standing so Della and I went running to go and get it then ran back inside where mum and dad were waiting for us to get started.We got out our hot glue gun and some grass and started working on our art.We made our own picture frame out of beach wood and sea shells.We made a rectangle with the wood and decorated the wood with sea shells.It turned out pretty cool.

Then we made lots more with the rest of the stuff.Below there is some more.

this took 1 hour to do because mum and dad sent Della and I out to fetch more sea shells and wood.Then Della saw more jewelry out on the beach.We raced over to it (Della obviously won ) and grab it then raced back.(Della won again)We showed mum and dad the jewelry that we got this time.Then we started making things with the jewelry.We started making our own jewelry, picture frames and  decorations to hang around the place.When we made everything we decided to have a walk on the beach and made sand castles and did running races.Della won every time in the races and we made these huge sand castles.Then we made a village out of sand.Then it got late then we headed back inside and had tea then went straight because we have a big day tomorrow.


Monday.Today we had a lie in. When I got up and went to the  Breakfast Bar next door. I had
12 mini donuts with coconut and chocolate sauce on top.

It took me all day to research about the flag so I went straight to bed.Goodnight. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.


Sunday.In the morning we had to get very early to get home.This was the best trip ever.
